1. Privacy Policy

RenderFox may process information needed to provide and maintain the service. Depending on the features you use, this may include account and login details, information you submit, technical and usage data, credit or plan activity, and payment-related information or proof you choose to submit.

Information may be used to operate accounts, deliver requested features, maintain security, handle support requests, process plan or credit activity, and improve the service where applicable.

Avoid submitting passwords, private keys, or sensitive information that a feature does not need. Third-party platforms may process information under their own privacy policies. Actual collection, storage, sharing, and retention depend on the features and infrastructure in operation. Contact support for privacy questions or requests. 2. Terms of Service

By accessing RenderFox, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly. You are responsible for your account security and activity carried out through your account.

• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
• Do not circumvent access controls or abuse credits and integrations.
• Features, limits, plans, and integrations may change or become unavailable.
• Unless expressly promised in writing, RenderFox does not guarantee uninterrupted service, particular generation results, audience growth, views, revenue, or monetization.
• Comply with applicable laws and third-party service terms.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

3. Credits, Payments & Refunds

Check the displayed plan, price, credit amount, limits, and duration before purchasing. Credit and subscription access may be subject to the terms shown at purchase.

If a payment, credit balance, or plan activation appears incorrect, contact support with relevant transaction details. Never send passwords or full payment-card credentials.

Refund requests are reviewed based on the transaction, applicable plan terms, the circumstances, and applicable law. A refund is not guaranteed merely because credits were used, a result was unsatisfactory, or a third-party service changed. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use RenderFox to facilitate unlawful activity, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, impersonate people deceptively, distribute malware, conduct fraud or spam, or bypass security controls.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to use source material, likenesses, voices, music, images, and other assets. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, or to comply with law.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

Some outputs may be generated or assisted by AI. Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, or similar to material generated for others.

Review content before publishing, verify factual claims, obtain necessary permissions, and provide disclosures where required by law or platform rules. Do not present synthetic or altered media as authentic evidence in a misleading way.

AI use does not automatically grant ownership of every output or rights to third-party material. Your rights and obligations depend on applicable law, input material, and third-party terms.

6. Third-Party Services

RenderFox may provide workflows that interact with third-party services, including Google Flow or other external platforms. These services are operated by their respective providers and are subject to their own terms, availability, and policies. You are responsible for ensuring your use is authorized and compliant with those rules.

RenderFox does not claim ownership of third-party services or imply endorsement by their providers.
