Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions

RenderFox is an AI-powered creative workspace designed to help creators with video production and YouTube content workflows.

Depending on the tools available in your account, RenderFox can help with AI video generation, viral title ideas, niche research, SEO descriptions, and Google Flow-based generation workflows.
Credits are used when you run certain RenderFox AI tools.

Different tools can have different credit costs. The required amount is shown before you start a generation.

Your current credit balance can be viewed from your dashboard and inside supported tools.
RenderFox is designed to refund credits when a supported AI generation fails after credits have been deducted.

If a generation fails, check your credit balance again after the request finishes. The transaction history records credit activity when available.
Being logged in and having access to a paid feature are separate checks.

Some RenderFox functionality requires either an active subscription or sufficient credits.

If your account does not meet the required entitlement, RenderFox may send you to the payment or plan page.
Some RenderFox features can be used through credits without an active subscription.

Access depends on the specific feature and the entitlement available on your account.
Your credit balance is displayed in your RenderFox dashboard and on supported tool pages.

After a successful generation, the remaining balance may also be shown in the result returned by the tool.

AI Video Studio

Video generation help

First make sure you are logged into the correct RenderFox account.

Then check your credit balance or active subscription. If access is available, try refreshing the Studio page and starting the generation again.

If Google Flow is being used, also make sure the RenderFox browser extension is connected correctly.
AI generation depends on the availability and response time of the connected AI generation service.

Temporary demand or service-side delays can cause generation requests to take longer or fail.
Wait for the request to finish completely, then check your credits.

If RenderFox reports a generation failure, supported failed-generation flows can automatically refund the deducted credits.

If the problem continues, note the exact error message before contacting support.

Credits & Billing

Payments, plans and credits

RenderFox checks your available credits before starting a supported operation.

If you have enough credits, the required amount is deducted and recorded as a transaction.

Each supported tool has its own credit cost.
The generation will not start when the account does not have enough credits for the requested operation.

RenderFox will show the required amount and your current balance when supported by the tool.
A refund can occur when a supported AI operation fails after credits were deducted.

The refund restores the credits used for that failed operation and creates a corresponding credit transaction.
Open the RenderFox dashboard and use the plan or subscription controls available in your account.

Your current plan, subscription status, and credit balance are displayed in the account area.
Manual payment submissions may require administrative verification before your plan or credits are activated.

Keep your transaction ID and payment proof available. If your payment remains pending longer than expected, contact RenderFox support with those details.

Google Flow

Generation workspace

RenderFox can connect your account to the supported Google Flow workflow through the RenderFox browser extension.

The extension helps bridge your RenderFox session with the Google Flow workspace.
Google Flow can temporarily restrict or delay generation depending on availability, account access, system demand, or other service-side conditions.

If RenderFox is connected correctly but Flow itself reports that generation is unavailable, wait and try again later.
If your current RenderFox workflow uses Google Flow for generation, the Flow workspace needs to be available to the browser extension.

Make sure the extension has access to the relevant Google Flow page.

Browser Extension

RenderFox extension help

First make sure the RenderFox extension is installed in the browser.

Then open the RenderFox extension and connect it to your logged-in RenderFox account.

Refresh the RenderFox dashboard after connecting.
Check that the extension is enabled in your browser's extension manager.

Also make sure the browser has permission to access RenderFox and the supported Google Flow pages.

If necessary, reload the affected browser tabs after enabling the extension.
The extension is designed to work together with an authenticated RenderFox account and the supported generation workflow.

Your RenderFox account must have the required entitlement for the operation you are attempting to start.

Troubleshooting

Quick fixes for common problems

🔐 Can't log in

Check your email and password, then refresh the page. If the problem continues, sign out of other RenderFox sessions and try again.

Account troubleshooting

💳 Credits look incorrect

Refresh your dashboard and check the latest transaction activity. A failed supported generation may trigger an automatic refund.

Billing troubleshooting

⚡ Tool won't generate

Confirm that you have enough credits or an active subscription. Then refresh the tool and try again.

Generation troubleshooting

🧩 Extension not working

Make sure the extension is enabled and has access to RenderFox and the supported Google Flow pages. Reload the browser tab after making changes.

Extension troubleshooting

🌐 Google Flow unavailable

If Google Flow itself reports that generation is unavailable, the issue may be on the Flow service side. Wait and retry later.

External service

🔄 Page looks outdated

Hard refresh the page, then sign in again if necessary. Browser caching can sometimes display an older version of a RenderFox page.
